Drake Bell has been sentenced following his second DUI conviction.

The Nickelodeon star struck a plea deal and received 96 hours in an L.A. County jail, TMZ reports.

Bell was busted for driving under the influence back in December 2015 when he was caught swerving and driving 55 MPH in a 35 MPH zone in Glendale, California, as well as braking abruptly at a red light. He reportedly failed a field sobriety test administered by police and was charged the following month (January 2016) for DUI.

The actor was similarly pulled over for driving while intoxicated in San Diego in 2009. He was convicted the first time in 2010.

In addition to serving jail time, Bell will reportedly be placed on four years probation and will need to attend an alcoholism education program.

Since this is his second conviction, the sentence he will serve, albeit brief, is mandatory.

Between 2004 and 2007, Bell starred on the hit Nickelodeon show Drake & Josh alongside Josh Peck, who most recently starred on Grandfathered with John Stamos. In 2014, the actor-musician released his third studio album, Ready Steady Go!

Bell will perform on the High School Nation Tour starting September 26. The HSN Tour is a traveling music and arts festival that visits public high schools across the United States.
