Two men from Milwaukee are charged in federal court with attempting to provide material support to ISIS.

35-year-old Jason Ludke is charged with attempting to provide material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization, ISIL.

30-year-old Yosvany Padilla-Conde is charged with aiding and abetting Ludke's attempt to provide material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization, ISIL.

Suspects were on their way to Mexico to obtain materials and documents to get to Syria. Ludke has a long history with the law including sexual assault of a child and threating to kill a judge. While on supervised probation Ludke had cut his GPS device from his leg.

The FBI has been tracking Ludke since 2009 and were aware of his radicalism. With the help of Joint Terrorism Task Force they were able to catch the two men.
