Bruce Springsteen was one of two stars who fronted U2 during last night's World AIDS Day concert in Times Square. You can watch the video of him closing the show with 'Where the Streets Have No Name' and 'I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For' below.

As we reported yesterday, Springsteen was filling in for Bono, who is recuperating from injuries sustained during a bike accident last month. Chris Martin of Coldplay contributed 'It's a Beautiful Day' and 'With or Without You' earlier in the evening, and fellow A-listers Kanye West and Carrie Underwood performed their own material. You can see a photo gallery from the performances above.

The concert, called "A (RED) Thank You Presented by (Bank of America)," was a way for the band to recognize how Americans have helped fight the global spread of AIDS.

"We wouldn’t be at this point without American leadership, people from the left and the right," Bono said in a press release. "Today, 13 million people have access to life-saving treatment, up from 300,000 just over 10 years ago. Americans don’t know the role they’ve played in this fight. Tonight’s event is to inform them and thank them.”
