Many Texans shop at Dollar Tree for many different items. But eagle eyed shoppers have begun to notice certain things are a little higher priced than expected. Is another price raise coming to stores in Texas?

Were There Signs Of Dollar Tree Increasing Prices?

Unfortunately, there were signs that prices had already increased at the store. According to Yahoo, the store did make some changes to certain prices previously. 2021 was the year that some items had the price tag of $1.25, instead of a dollar.

This, in turn, upset some shoppers. After all, all items are expected to be one dollar all the time at the dollar store right? But now, it seems like things are about get a little more pricey, which isn't what some might not want to hear.

What Indicates Prices Are Going Up At Dollar Tree?

A video posted to Tik Tok shows that another price jump has seemingly been implemented. Here's what certain items looked to have gone up in price:

To say the least, the store name isn't matching the current prices offered. But, Dollar Tree does indeed have items already at higher prices, some sitting at $7. But this doesn't mean patrons are happy with another .25 price jump.

Now, at the time of writing, there hasn't been a confirmation from Dollar Tree themselves if the video in question is an indicator of what might be coming to stores in Texas. Hopefully prices stay where they are and don't increase further.

Otherwise Dollar Tree may have to change their name to Two Dollar Tree!
