Miley Cyrus learned her lesson firsthand when she accidentally posted a screencap of a conversation with someone named FeFe.

While the 'We Can't Stop' singer wrote that she was crying herself to sleep -- was it the food poisoning, or the rumors about her and Liam Hemsworth supposedly entering couples therapy? -- the most notable piece of info gleaned from the since-deleted tweet is when the singer confesses to popping a "zanny" (aka a Xanax).

Miley quickly corrected her mistake, removing the screencap and tweeting, "Never mind. Realized I'm just an idiot & somehow I butt tweeted my conversation. Missing home #foodpoisoningsabitch." Noted.
