Exotic songstress Neon Hitch made quite the fashion statement when she lit up the stage — literally — during a performance of her new song ‘Gold‘ on ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’ Thursday night.

Hitch chose to play up her first name by dimming the lights and wearing glow-in-the-dark attire, including a set of butterfly wings and a cone bra that would make Madonna proud. Her backup dancers wore black and neon body paint as they bounced around the stage while Hitch sang cheeky lyrics like, “You’re sweeter than a Cinnabon / Your body’s all I want.” Without Tyga in attendance, Hitch skipped over his guest rap, and the song sounded just fine without it.

Fallon introduced the performance as Hitch’s “tv debut as a solo artist.” Though this was her first on-camera appearance in a headlining role, Hitch actually appeared on the comedian’s program last year when she joined Gym Class Heroes for their performance of ‘A– Back Home.’

Hitch has been working on her debut album, ‘Beg, Borrow and Steal’ for more than two years now and continues to do so with a possible release date of sometime in 2013. She has already charted with three songs — ‘Love U Betta,’ ‘Follow Me Down’ with 3OH!3, and ‘A– Back Home’ with Gym Class Heroes.
