Pet of the Week – Walker, an Adorable Cocker Spaniel Mix

Walker here is a sweet, mild mannered Cocker Spaniel mixed pup. He's 4 years old, so he's not a hyper as a pup would be, but he still likes to play and be active. Walker gets along well with both cats and dogs, and loves to be around his humans. He even knows how to shake hands and sit when told.

Critter Shack Rescue, and Walker, will be at PetSmart on Saturday, Sept. 12th from 11-6, if you’d like to go say hello and look at all the wonderful dogs and cats that are looking for their very own FurEver home.

You’re invited to join Concho Valley PAWS at The Hideout at Cain’s Cove at Lake Nasworthy on Sunday, September 13th for the PAWS Family Reunion.

All PAWS pets, fosters, adopters, and volunteers are invited to celebrate the hundreds of lives that have been saved. If you’ve ever been a foster, volunteer, or donated to PAWS you’re encouraged to come out for barbeque, music, friends, lots of pets, and fun!

If you’ve adopted a pet from PAWS, please bring them by to say hello to their foster parents and PAWS volunteers! It’s very important that these folks see these animals and know that are doing well in their loving homes.

Tickets are $10.00. Kids under 13 are free, and if you are currently fostering a dog or cat, admission is free!
