Lea Michele is feeling #blessed.

Shape's November 2016 cover star caught up with Entertainment Weekly at the magazine's issue launch event in New York City, where the former Glee actress revealed that despite the heartache and tumultuous times of her past, she's the happiest she's ever been, especially when it comes to loving her body and appearance.

"Beauty, I think, comes from the happiness within," Michele explained. "And I'm really happy with my life right now."

She added that while she's never struggled tremendously with insecurities about her body, she feels healthier now that she works out and makes time for self care.

"I've never thankfully had a period where I had an unhealthy relationship with my body or food. But just the fact that I went from being someone who casually worked out to now someone who really works out, I think is the biggest accomplishment of the year," the Scream Queens star dished.

Inside the magazine issue, the actress-singer echoed the sentiment, revealing, "As I get older, my body is always changing. Right now I have so much energy, my skin looks good, and my butt is higher than it’s ever been. I’ve been skinnier and I’ve been a little bit bigger, and I’m never hard on myself one way or the other. The fact that I’m active, eating well, and taking care of myself is all that matters—not a number."

Michele also told ET that her life in general is at a really great place currently, gushing, "I think for me right now… I just turned 30, I love my job, I have the greatest friends, such an incredibly family. What's not to be so happy and grateful for?"
