Entertainer and "armchair philosopher" Chad Prather is coming to San Angelo, and he's bringing all his down-home wisdom, charm and humor along with him.

Prather will perform live at the McNease Convention Center on Friday, April 30th, 2021. Tickets to the show are available online at Stubwire right now, starting at $35.

The performance is part of his Unapologetic Tour, and what an apt name. Prather is someone who says what he means and means what he says.

The Georgia native turned Texan has been making a name for himself the past few years thanks to his homespun approach to life and appearances on numerous major TV networks, including FOX News, CNN and A&E. Prather hosts Blaze TV's The Chad Prather Comedy Show and contributes to One America News Network.

But the video that seemed to kickstart Chad Fever (yeah, that's what we're calling it) is the one below, called "Unapologetically Southern." It's racked up over three million views to date, and focused on something that any self-respecting southerner can related to: their accent.

The McNease Convention Center is located at 501 Rio Concho Drive in San Angelo, Texas. Doors to the event open at 6:30 p.m., and the fun begins at 8 p.m. Special guest Jesse Peyton will open the show.
