Fruit Recall: Possible Listeria Risk With Walmart Produce

There is great concern right now with produce bought at Wal Mart stores in 9 different states including Texas.

Various containers of cut or sliced apples, grapes, mangos, pineapples, and cantaloupe with the brand label Freshness Guaranteed are being recalled due to possible listeria contamination.

Texas alone has 508 Walmart locations and San Angelo has 5.

You need to check your fruit, if they have the “best if used by” dates that run between Oct. 3 and 11 you should not eat it.
