  1. Boil filtered water with a generous amount of sliced ginger root for 10-15 minutes to extract the ginger’s healing properties.
  2. While the ginger water is boiling, steep a bag of organic green mint tea in a cup.
  3. Once the ginger water is ready, pour it over the steeped tea.
  4. Stir in natural honey or sweetener to taste.
  5. Let it sit for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld, then sip slowly and feel the relief!
