Prices for everything are going up. With gasoline prices surging, it’s causing the prices of almost everything else to go up with it.

Groceries have been hit by many price increase whammies. Supply chain issues, higher labor costs and farmers paying more for fertilizer, fuel and feed are contributing factors. Plus, continued price pressure caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

4) Flour and Flour Mixes  This one is misleading.  Many of us don't buy flour anymore, but flour is in so many other things. You can't bring home your "daily bread" without flour. So, let them eat cake?  Nope.  Flour. Flour is in crackers.  As a basic ingredient it is fueling the rise in so many other grocery items and analysts say there is no relief in sight to higher prices. Flour is up nearly 13% in San Angelo so far this year.
