TX Dept Of Transportation Held a Mock Funeral to Raise Awareness

Am I the only person who thinks this is weird? Like I get the point you're trying to make but this is creepy.

On November 7, the funeral, held at the Fairmount Cemetery, allowed multiple people speak on what they think will end Texas Road Deaths.
