Update: MORE Active COVID-19 Cases in Tom Green County

This has been a scary couple weeks in Tom Green County. Monday had 15 new cases, Tuesday had 8, Wednesday had 20, and today, another 20 have been reported.

82 is the total number of active cases right now in Tom Green county. Just six days ago we were at 19.

There are currently 2 people in the hospital.

All of the sick are of different ethnicity and ages, ranging from infants to those in their 70's.

Please be careful. Wear a mask, wash your hands, and use hand sanitizer.

The Shannon Medical Center is moving its drive thru testing and screening site to 110 E. Twohig St. Starting June 18.

Operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm 7 days a week.
