Reaction To Governor Abbott's Texas Reopening Plans

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced on Monday how and when Texas can begin to reopen. Not all businesses will be able to open at the same times as there will be multiple phases moving forward. Texas begins to open on Friday, May 1st when all retail, restaurants, movie theaters, and malls can open, but limited to 25% of their posted capacity.
